Need something s'more...

I must declare that the best therapy in the world has got to be chocolate. It does wonders for my mood on even the worst of days. I have rediscovered an old favorite, s'mores. Who needs a campfire when you can nuke one in the comfort of your own kitchen. Granted, nothing can replace the roasted marshmellow s'mores in the great outdoors, but we don't always have immediate access to such a scenario. To enjoy this little taste of heaven at home, all you need is a large marshmellow, one or two Hershey squares, and two Honey Maid Graham Crackers (sorry-generic brands just won't do). Put them all together like a little sandwich and zap it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. When finished, the chocolate and the marshmellow will have melted together just enough to make a delicious snack that truly hits the spot. Another awesome treat someone told me about recently (thank you Rosie) is one where you use chocolate chips, marshmellows, and Golden Grahams cereal. You blend them together in much the same way as Rice Krispie Treats. Pure magic. Anyhow, just thought I'd share these great little desserts. When you are feeling lousy, I'm telling ya...this will put a little smile back on your a face.
